ComfyDent® is the nerve center where Dr. Tarkan and our senior prosthetic engineers collaborate in real-time. Your smile is never “outsourced.” It is designed, milled, and hand-finished under direct clinical supervision to ensure sub-millimeter precision.

For most dental clinics in Turkey, the creation of your crowns, bridges, and veneers is outsourced to an external commercial lab. This process creates critical risks: time delays, quality variation, material substitution, and the need for repetitive adjustments.
OONE LIFE eliminates these risks.
The ComfyDent Laboratory is an integrated, in-house facility positioned within our clinical ecosystem. This allows for zero distance between Dr. Tarkan’s surgical plan and the final restoration, ensuring every prosthetic fits with the micrometre accuracy required for long-term health and functional success.

The laboratory is the final stage of our end-to-end digital workflow, translating Dr. Tarkan’s precise surgical planning into your perfect final smile:

The precision of your final restoration is tied to the technology used. The ComfyDent Laboratory utilizes the most advanced CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Manufacturing) infrastructure, guaranteeing superior fit, durability, and aesthetics.
This is a breakdown of the core technology that sets our in-house production standard apart:
Equipment | Function & Materials | Patient Quality Benefit |
CAD/CAM Milling Units (Wet & Dry) | High-speed, automated Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines that carve crowns, bridges, and veneers from solid blocks of certified materials: Zirconia, IPS e.max, and Lithium Disilicate. | Micrometre Accuracy: Ensures a perfect, gap-free fit to the implant abutment, preventing bacterial leakage and guaranteeing the longevity of the restoration. |
Dental Sintering Furnace | Specialized, high-temperature furnace required for the final processing of Zirconia. It transforms the milled “green” state Zirconia into an extremely dense, hard, and durable final prosthetic material. | Maximum Strength: Optimizes the structural integrity of Zirconia, making the final bridge highly resistant to chipping, cracking, and wear over the long term. |
Porcelain Furnace & Glazing Unit | Utilized by our master ceramists for the final, aesthetic layers. This specialized unit fuses porcelain to the Zirconia framework, adding natural color, translucency, and the final glaze. | Superior Aesthetics: Ensures the final prosthetic has a natural, life-like translucency and color gradient that blends seamlessly with the patient’s existing teeth or desired “Hollywood Smile” aesthetic. |
High-Resolution 3D Printers (SLA/DLP) | Used for the rapid production of highly accurate surgical guides, diagnostic models, and mock-ups for aesthetic pre-evaluation (try-in). | Safety & Predictability: Provides the precise, physically printed guides used in Computer-Guided Surgery, ensuring Dr. Tarkan can place the implant exactly as planned in the 3D CBCT blueprint. |
By controlling the manufacturing process entirely in-house, ONE LIFE guarantees that your restoration is made from the exact certified materials promised. We provide full traceability documentation for every restoration, reinforcing the REF Code verification for the implants themselves.
The machinery within ComfyDent® represents the pinnacle of digital dentistry. We utilize an industrial-grade workflow to ensure that every crown and full-arch bridge is a masterpiece of durability and aesthetics.

Our high-speed milling centers (visible to patients in our facility) sculpt prosthetic teeth from solid Zirconia blocks. Unlike traditional labs that use 3-axis machines, our 5-axis technology allows for complex geometries, ensuring your bridge fits perfectly over the implants with zero micro-gaps for bacteria to colonize.

We have eliminated uncomfortable physical molds. Using high-definition intraoral scanners, we create a Digital Twinof your mouth. This data is processed through CAD software to calculate the ideal Vertical Dimension—ensuring your new teeth support your facial muscles and prevent the “sunken” look often seen in aging or poor restorations.

The “OONE LIFE Standard” is defined by the immediate feedback loop between the surgical chair and the laboratory bench.
